The Boater is mad from Raffia straw, a classic summer Hat. Also known as "a skimmer" it is perfect for going to The Henley Royal Regatta.

The Boater is designed to sit higher on the head than standard Hats so you may wish to order order one or two size smaller than your normal Hat size. See the section on Measuring Your Hat Size for Further information. Eg a Regular 61cm HAT size wearer may be able to wear instead a LARGE (59cm) Boater as it is warn higher up on head, and the head usually tapers ( gets smaller ) as you go further up.
